Visit FileForums ZAT becomes more fun when you play with friends.Īnyway, that's how I see it anyway. Plus, when you see a movie, you see it alone no matter how many people you go with. I would say that ZAT is VERY cheap entertainment compared to seeing a movie! A typical movie is about 2 hours these days, so the hourly cost of a movie is: $25 / 2 = $13 You can't really get away with paying less than $25 for a movie. Throw in $6 for popcorn and $5 for the train. Then the cost-per-hour of playing this game is: I can see playing a third time and maybe a fourth time in the future. We're on the 2nd playthrough now, and the game is almost as fun. So that would be 5*45/60 = 4 hours of fun. Guessing here, because we don't play like this, but we've seen people play like this. If you run-and-gun the game, which is only doable to a point because you're often blocked until you achieve something like killing all zombies, you can finish a chapter in maybe 45 minutes. It takes us about 90 minutes for a single episode. ![]() Originally posted by DKTheDvd3000:Thank you -) Still frustrated, nonetheless, can't help it.īut if it makes you feel any better, the current sale price of 9 USD is totally worth it for the last game. Thank you -) Still frustrated, nonetheless, can't help it. I dont know, maybe they thought the price was fair due to the reason you get the old games plus the new one and the price for the work on that is justified. Why didnt they give discount to other players that already have 1/2? They could make ZAT in old engine but it wouldnt feel the same. ![]() In conclusion, i think the jump to a newer engine caused that and they couldnt make In ZAT the combo counts and not the distance. So i guess you can see the first 2 are included in the trilogy "free" as "redux" with the ZAT rules.įor example, in ZA1/2 the distance you took the shot's from were considered in the scores. ZAT was used in the upgraded Asura Engine that was used on SE4 and it is it's own stand alone game with all 3 titles but with the special effects and more details they could then include in the game. I think the first 2 zombie army games were made in the Asura engine that was used in SE3. If i could make a guess i would say this: Im only a gamer like you so i dont really know. SUCKS! How come you can't purchase Beyond Berlin as a standalone? That means i would have to purchase the trilogy for 8€, though i already own 2/3 of that pack. Yeah, well,i own Zombie Army 1 and 2, but it seems like the third installment isn't sold as a standalone, and i do not get any discount on the trilogy for already owning part 1 and 2.
